Breaking the team apart
What's the bully trying to do?
Trying to break your team apart is exactly what the bullies will try to do. They will be watching you very closely and if anyone doesn’t speak up or decides to disrespect someone else the bullies will start the gossiping. Bullies understand the power you have to influence other students to speak up. If the bullies can prove that your leadership is weak they may convince the other students to stay complacent.

One important key is to have leadership meetings every two to three weeks. In each meeting keep developing new ideas to promote your anti bullying campaign. The key is to demonstrate that you are all in this together. Ask them how they would feel if they needed help to stop being bullied, but no one was brave enough to step forward. Make them realize that they are a team, and the team is only as strong as it’s weakest member.
