This exercise uses positive reinforcement, awarding certificates to recognize exemplary behavior.

Prepare one chart per student. These can be kept in student desks or displayed on a classroom board.

Each image on the chart corresponds to a numbered task. At the end of each day, students mark off completed tasks using the corresponding number. (Note that some columns may require one to five checkmarks.)

At the end of the week, students take their completed charts home for parental signature and return them to receive a certificate.
