Have a bucket in the office

create a comment sheet for teachers. (small enough to carry around) Each sheet should have students name and another area for teacher to sign their name to confirm the comment sheet.

Whenever a teacher sees someone being kind to another student they receive a form where they add their name and put in the bucket.

Every week draw one name out of the bucket to receive a prize
