Why should we document the acts of bullying?
Documenting the bullying complaint or act by completing a Bullying Incident Report will provide the Principal (or designated staff) tangible proof to take action and if repeated acts of bullying are reported then further investigation may be required –according to your schools policies and procedures.

Once an incident has been reported then we need to monitor and determine that the targets safety has been maintained.
